These Terms of Use set the basic rules for using NTDown and explain the relationship between NTDown, its users, and third-party platforms.
Use the service lawfully
You are responsible for how you use NTDown and for ensuring that your use of downloaded, viewed, copied, or generated material is lawful and consistent with any rights, permissions, contracts, and platform rules that apply to you.
Do not use NTDown to attempt to bypass access controls, obtain private content without authorization, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, automate abusive request volumes, or use the service to facilitate unlawful activity.
Third-party platforms and content
NTDown is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Instagram or Meta. References to Instagram are descriptive references to the platform or content a user asks NTDown to work with.
Third-party content remains subject to the rights of its owners and to any applicable platform terms. NTDown does not grant you ownership of third-party content or permission that you do not otherwise have.
Service availability
NTDown may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when necessary for reliability, security, upstream compatibility, legal compliance, or product improvement. Results may depend on third-party services and publicly available source data, so a requested result is not guaranteed to be available.
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
