Copyright & Takedown

NTDown respects intellectual-property rights and provides a process for rights holders to identify material or service behavior that they believe requires review.

What to include in a notice

To help us review a copyright concern efficiently, send a notice that identifies the copyrighted work, the specific NTDown URL or relevant source material, your contact information, and a clear explanation of the rights you believe are affected.

  • A description of the copyrighted work or rights at issue.
  • The specific NTDown page, source URL, or other information needed to locate the material or behavior being reported.
  • Your name and a reliable way to contact you or your authorized representative.
  • A statement explaining the basis for your request and any authorization to act for the rights holder.

Where to send a notice

Send copyright and takedown requests to contact@ntdown.com with a subject line that clearly identifies the message as a copyright or takedown request. We may ask for additional information when a request is incomplete or cannot be matched to specific material.

About DMCA terminology

This page describes NTDown’s general copyright and takedown process. It does not state that NTDown has registered a designated agent under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act or that any particular statutory safe harbor applies. If that registration or legal status is established later, this page will be updated to reflect the verified details.
